PAX’s annual report Don’t Bank on the Bomb: a Global Report on the Financing of Nuclear Weapons Producers, warns that nuclear weapons producers can still count on substantial investments by banks, pension funds and insurance companies.
Nowadays, a total of 411 financial institutions from around the world invest 402 billion US dollar (321 billion euro) in companies involved in the protection, maintenance and modernization of nuclear weapons.
